The New Year sparked a memory of a great couple I worked with last year (ya know...the year that ended 4 days ago).  They just needed Peekaboo to create a design board and planner so that they could easily assemble their own nursery.  Most important, was that the nursery reflect the distinguished style exhibited beautifully throughout their home. 

Through a bit of research, I found Saturday Evening Post covers dated back to 1909.  Themes are never necessary for a nursery, but suddenly one started to take form for this one...The 100 Year Leap...or, Crawl, as we like to call it.  I pulled all the 1909 covers and made the month of baby's birth the center piece for the room.

The New Year covers are not only great inspiration pieces, they are a great way to reflect on the past and the hot topics of a particular year.
